"Mathew helped me regarding these emails Ive been getting saying I’m entitled to a refund of my auto policy. But discussing this w Mathew he made me comfortable in treating it as a bogus email regarding a refund. Also helped me understand my car insurance as to what my current coverage covers. And gave me some info regarding lowering my charges by taking an online course in safe driving. He was very patient with helping me go over details of said policy. Really appreciated the time he spent with me."
